Rock And Metal

When i was a kid, i used to hangout in my sister's room where she will turn on the radio at a maximum volume. And yes, we were still using cassettes at that time. I usually bring my action figures and legos to play in my sister's room while she studies. From there, i was exposed to rock and heavy metal. The 1st band i admire is Metallica. I actually didn't know the name of the band until i was in form 3. Yeah..epic,i know right?  It all began at the tuition class where i sat beside my heavy metal friend, i began exchange music and games via Bluetooth on our devices, and since then, i now know not only Metallica, i was also introduced to Disturbed, Sea of Treachery, Avenged 7x,Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Slayer, Black Sabbath and many more.

Surprisingly, i knew most of their songs.. like i said, i was exposed to metal when i was a small kid but what the hell, i was small and there were no internet in my time of growing. So, getting to know in the past songs was hard. But whenever i hear 90's song, something in my head will click and say ' i know this song...hmmm'

During semester 1 in UiTM, i met a friend, his name is Syahril. 1 day, he took a guitar and played at the balcony in my house. I was playing need 4 speed most wanted at that time and i stopped as he was plucking his way on the guitar. I went to him and asked 'bro, kau main lagu apa ni?' and he answered 'Metallica - Nothing Else Matters'. After that, i suddenly had an interest to play a guitar and wanted become a musician.

Now, its been 3 years since i started playing guitar and guessed what? i'm good at it, well not professional good but yeah...you know wat i mean right? hahahaha. Thanks to the person who taught me how to play guitar <3. You guys really changed my life. Now, i am officially a musician :)
